Kale chips are something I'm really addicted to at the moment. Whats better is that you can easily make them yourself at home within 10mins. They're a great natural snack to pack up and take with you whilst on your travels. Method:

- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
- Wash kale
-  Lay onto a baking tray
- Drizzle the kale with coconut oil & rock salt
- Place into the oven for 10mins approx.
- Keep an eye as they may burn easily
- Take out of the oven and place into a bowl
- Add more salt or seasoning if required

Easy :)
