The past few days I've been feeling extremely tired and just not quite my usual self. This is a typical thing for me as I'm currently recovering from Glandular Fever! So I decided I needed to give my body a boost. I eat so healthy anyway but it's important to get as many nutrients as possible to help boost the immune system. Everyone seems to be making healthy smoothies and juices at the moment, it really is a good way to pack in all the vitamins you need. As I have such a creative mind its great to be able to add in any colours, textures or flavours you want. There are really no rules when it comes to making juices and smoothies.


- Juice of one whole lemon
- Two handfuls of spinach
- One banana
- Four tablespoons of water (try not to add too much at the start)
- Four tablespoons of Chia Seeds

It's best to put the liquid in first so the fruit doesn't get trapped in the blades. Then you can add all the other ingredients on top. Blend it all together and you're done!
