We've had our eye on a pair of Timberlands for a while.
We love Normcore and always like to add a masculine feel to many of our day looks. We aim to create a chic, edgy, easy day to day style to make clothing choices easy for our followers. The majority of our wardrobe pieces are purchased from brands such as Zara, COS & Gap so Timberland is a contrast! We love to mix chic with masculine. As we're big believers in not following trends, Timberlands are perfect! Year after year they are 'in style', summer through to winter. It did feel a little strange buying Timberlands in the summer, but the prices are so great! (We'd recommend going to an outlet store if you can). It's about recycling and buying items to last from season to season.

Our over-sized shirts and t-shirts are usually menswear pieces so we thought why not try a masculine boot? Perfectly teamed with a white tee, black ripped jeans and a nude lipstick.

This smoothie is packed with vitamin C, D & Zinc. It's so delicious and perfect for summer. Making juices and smoothie is a great way to make sure your body what it needs. This smoothie is thicker then the other juices we have previously posted. You will need to get rid of any cores, skins or seeds before blending together.
We've added our Mattsupps Berries for extra goodness.

- 4 apples
- 1 mango
- 2 oranges
- crushed pumpkin seeds
- flax seed
- squeeze of lime
-  Mattsupps Berries (optional)

Simply blend all together to create an amazing smoothie. These are great kitchen basics that you could use for many juices and smoothies. Play around with flavours that you enjoy.
We hope you enjoy.

We've seen so much chia seed pudding inspiration on Instagram so we thought, why not try it for ourselves. It's quick and easy to make, doesn't make much mess either! It's a great vegan pudding which you can enjoy for breakfast or even as a sweet afternoon snack.
We've made a basic recipe however we may play around with flavours next time.

- 4 tablespoons of chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons of maple syrup
- 1 1/2 cups of almond milk
- 2 vanilla pods (or use extract)
- A handful of berries

Add the milk, maple syrup and vanilla into the blender. Use quite a high speed for these. Once these are mixed, add in the chia seeds and blend using a lower speed. Pour the yummy mixture into a bowl and stir. Leave for 5mins and stir again. Leave for 20mins and stir again. Now cover and place into the fridge. Leave the pudding for at least an hour if you have time - if not, 30mins will be fine. You can then pour the mixture into a air tight container or enjoy straight away. Finish the pudding off by adding a handful of berries on top. We chose blueberry.

We hope you enjoy this recipe. We were certainly excited to try it out!
Comment if you know any other good variations. We've heard dates are good in a chia pudding too...

We've invested in the Mattsupps Berries range to help give our immune system a boost. The berries are a super antioxidant formular of berry superstars and other fruit extracts, containing phyonutrients, vitamins, proteins, mineral and omega fatty acids. They are a great source of vitamin C. The Berry supplements will also give you gorgeous radiant skin.

Benefits of the Berries:
- Protects your body against toxic damage
- Assists post exercise recovery
- Helps lower cholesterol & blood pressure
- Assists weigh loss
- Helps prevent arthritis
- Protects against cardiovascular disease
- Helps slow age related memory loss
- Anti-ageing superstar!

We believe in treating our body from the inside - out. What you put into your body will determine what you get out of your body. We hate taking medicine so new natural products like this are perfect for our aesthetic! The supplements are in power form but don't worry - there aren't any hidden nasty ingredients.

We've made a great juice this morning using our first Berry supplement pack. It tasted amazing and the colour was a gorgeous blood orange.

- 1 apple
- 1 large stick of celery
- 2 medium carrots
- 1 slice of ginger
- 1 medium raw beetroot
- 1/2 lemon

Put the apple, celery, carrots, ginger and beetroot through your juicer. Once this is done, squeeze the lemon juice in with the ingredients (be careful of any pips!). Add a handful of ice and the Berries supplement, stir together. Pour the juice into a stylish glass or jar and enjoy!

Try to use Organic or home grown products as much as you can.

This juice has been taken from one of our favourite restaurants - Wagamamas.  They make the best juices, and we always favour the raw juice. It's packed full of great nutrients to help boost the immune system. There's just something about carrot juice that we love.

- 3 carrots
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 apple
- Chunk of cucumber
- 2 oranges

Simply put them in your juicer one by one. Once you're done give it a stir and you're good to go! It's best to drink the juice within 20mins of making. Alternatively, you can store it in an air tight container/jar, pop it in the fridge and drink within 24 hours.

Carrot and Ginger is also a great combination - Ginger is also great for the digestive track.
Carrot and Beetroot is lovely too! We'll make a juice with beetroot soon.

Hope you enjoy this recipe.

The past few days I've been feeling extremely tired and just not quite my usual self. This is a typical thing for me as I'm currently recovering from Glandular Fever! So I decided I needed to give my body a boost. I eat so healthy anyway but it's important to get as many nutrients as possible to help boost the immune system. Everyone seems to be making healthy smoothies and juices at the moment, it really is a good way to pack in all the vitamins you need. As I have such a creative mind its great to be able to add in any colours, textures or flavours you want. There are really no rules when it comes to making juices and smoothies.

- Juice of one whole lemon
- Two handfuls of spinach
- One banana
- Four tablespoons of water (try not to add too much at the start)
- Four tablespoons of Chia Seeds

It's best to put the liquid in first so the fruit doesn't get trapped in the blades. Then you can add all the other ingredients on top. Blend it all together and you're done!

Please leave a comment below and tell us which smoothies you enjoy making.

This yummy vegan risotto is a wonderful sweet, summer dish which can be combined with so many different ingredients. The dish does take a little while to make as you need to cook the beetroot (in the skins), allow it to cool whilst cooking the quinoa. Once thats done you just need to blend the ingredients together and stir them into the quinoa! Simple.
To fill the dish out you could always add meat or fish (for non vegan eaters). Alternatively, add quorn or create a full yummy salad.

- Quinoa
- 4 balls of beetroot
- Juice of one lime
- Coconut oil or coconut milk
- Spinach

Try to use homegrown ingredients where possible. Nothing tastes better!
